Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Shift /Hours : Monday - Friday , 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
We are currently hiring a Maintenance Worker to support the upkeep and cleanliness of a warehouse facility in Kingston, Ontario. The successful candidate will perform a variety of general maintenance, cleaning, and facility support tasks, working closely with the Building Superintendent to ensure the facility remains well-maintained.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough cleaning of the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing debris
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout the facility
- Complete interior and exterior painting as required
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, including patching walls and basic repairs
- Assist with general facility upkeep and tidying
- Support waste and recycling removal as needed
- Help organize storage areas and materials
- Ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and hazard-free
- Follow instructions and assist the Building Superintendent with additional tasks as required
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in building maintenance, general labour, janitorial, or facility upkeep is an asset
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Work Conditions :
- Work will take place in a warehouse facility environment
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Combination of indoor and occasional outdoor tasks
