The FireLight Insurance Product Configuration Specialist is responsible for configuring and maintaining annuity and life insurance products within the FireLight platform for National Financial Services (NFS). This role ensures products are accurately built, compliant with broker‑dealer requirements, and fully functional for advisors using FireLight for quoting and electronic applications.

In this role, you will: 

• Configure insurance products (rules, rates, riders, forms, workflows) in FireLight

• Maintain carrier integrations, product updates, rate changes, and form revisions

• Test quoting, illustration, and e‑app workflows to ensure accuracy and IGO readiness

• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues; provide Tier 2/3 support

• Implement and maintain suitability and compliance rules per FINRA and NFS standards

• Document configurations and collaborate with carriers, compliance, operations, and Hexure

• Strong knowledge of annuities and life insurance products

• Experience with FireLight or similar e‑application platforms

• Understanding of broker‑dealer operations and suitability requirements

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills

• Experience at a broker‑dealer or insurance carrier

• Background in insurance operations or product implementation
