Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Lead Product Owner with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple product streams, provide leadership, and support strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple product initiatives and Agile delivery teams.
- Establish product management best practices and governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic product objectives.
- Support enterprise transformation, modernization, and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate delivery of customer, citizen, or patient-focused solutions.
- Prioritize business requirements and product backlogs.
- Work closely with technology and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage product dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement and product innovation efforts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Product Owners and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Lead Product Owner within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Experience managing multiple product streams or enterprise initiatives.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting digital transformation and modernization programs.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong product strategy and backlog management experience.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certification preferred.
