THE TEAM

The mission of the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Department is to uphold industry-leading best practices to prevent the occurrence of serious workplace injuries and illnesses.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our WSH team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the design, execution, and maintenance of industry-leading health and safety practices to protect our people. As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, you will support with ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of workplace incidents and injury claims. THE ROLE

As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, you will support with:

• Executing timely and effective responses to workplace incidents
• Delivering incident communications
• Developing investigation procedures and leading incident investigations
• Administering end-to-end workplace claims management
• Coordinating modified duties and initiating Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) plans

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in workplace safety and health with a focus on claims management
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
