As we set our sights on global expansion, we need a talented Talent Acquisition Lead to join our small but mighty People & Culture team. This is a rare opportunity to make a massive impact on our company's future by bringing in the best and brightest talent. As our sole person in TA, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to own the entire recruitment process from strategy to execution. You'll be the expert on technical hiring for our Engineering and Product teams, but you're also a versatile pro who can pivot to non-technical roles with ease. What You'll Do

  • Be a strategic thought partner: Work directly with the VP of People & Culture and hiring managers to develop and refine our hiring strategy.
  • Own the recruiting lifecycle: You'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Build the foundation: You'll lead the strategy to optimize our ATS (Workable), creating and implementing interview guides, and developing training for hiring managers.
  • Source top talent: Proactively find and engage exceptional candidates for high-impact roles.
  • Champion the candidate experien ce: Design a delightful candidate experience to ensure every person has a positive, supportive, and transparent experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Experiment with AI & technology: You'll explore and experiment with modern recruiting tools, including AI, to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows—all while maintaining the personal, human touch that sets our candidate experience apart.
  • Leverage Data: You'll own the recruiting dashboard, turning data and metrics into actionable insights that tell a clear story about our pipeline health and hiring efforts.

Who You Are

  • An experienced recruiter: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong focus on technical roles. Experience leading an in-house function is a bonus.
  • Technically minded: You're not just filling roles; you understand them. You can grasp the nuances between different tech stacks and frameworks, recognizing that not all experiences are made equally.
  • A market investigator: You're insatiably curious, always digging into new markets, exploring talent pools, and staying on top of the latest trends.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - 140,000 CAD.

Final compensation will be dependent on experience, skillset, and role related qualifications, and will include benefits and bonus as per company policy. Please note that base salary ranges may differ based on location and local currency.

We use technology assisted tools, including artificial intelligence, to support parts of our recruitment process (such as resume screening, note taking, and interview scheduling). These tools are designed to support, but never replace human judgement. All hiring decisions are made by humans, and we are committed to fair, inclusive, and bias-aware hiring practices.

Vous serez l'expert(e) du recrutement technique pour nos équipes d'ingénierie et de produits, mais vous êtes également un(e) professionnel(le) polyvalent(e) capable de passer aisément à des rôles non techniques. Vos responsabilités

  • Être un partenaire stratégique : Collaborer directement avec la vice-présidente, Personnes et Culture et les gestionnaires d'embauche pour développer et affiner notre stratégie de recrutement.
  • Piloter le cycle de recrutement : Gérer l'intégralité du processus de recrutement pour les rôles techniques et non techniques.
  • Bâtir les fondations : Diriger la stratégie d'optimisation de notre système de suivi des candidatures (ATS - Workable), créer et mettre en œuvre des guides d'entrevue, et développer des formations pour les gestionnaires d'embauche.
  • Dénicher les meilleurs talents : Trouver et engager de manière proactive des candidats exceptionnels pour des postes à fort impact.
  • Valoriser l'expérience candidat : Concevoir une expérience candidat mémorable pour veiller à ce que chaque personne vive un parcours positif, transparent et humain, quel que soit le résultat final.
  • Expérimenter avec l'IA et la technologie : Explorer et tester des outils de recrutement modernes, y compris l'intelligence artificielle, pour automatiser les tâches répétitives et optimiser les flux de travail — tout en conservant la touche personnelle et humaine qui distingue notre expérience candidat.
  • Exploiter les données : Gérer le tableau de bord du recrutement, en transformant les données et les indicateurs en insights exploitables qui illustrent clairement l'état de notre bassin de talents et de nos efforts d'embauche.

Votre profil

  • Recruteur(se) expérimenté(e) : Vous possédez plus de 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement de cycle complet dans un environnement agile et à forte croissance, avec une forte spécialisation dans les rôles techniques. L'expérience dans la gestion d'une fonction interne est un atout.
  • Esprit technique : Vous ne faites pas que pourvoir des postes ; vous les comprenez. Vous saisissez les nuances entre les différentes architectures technologiques (tech stacks) et frameworks, en reconnaissant que toutes les expériences ne se valent pas.
  • Enquêteur(se) de marché : Vous êtes doté(e) d'une curiosité insatiable, cherchant toujours à explorer de nouveaux marchés et bassins de talents, tout en restant à l'affût des dernières tendances.
  • Technologue axé(e) sur l'humain : Vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée d'exploiter l'IA et les outils modernes pour automatiser les tâches répétitives, ce qui vous libère du temps pour vous concentrer sur ce qui compte le plus : créer une expérience exceptionnelle pour les candidats et les équipes d'embauche.
  • Polyvalent(e) : Vous pouvez passer sans transition du recrutement d'un(e) ingénieur(e) principal(e) (Staff Engineer) à la création d'un tableau de bord de recrutement.

L'échelle salariale de base pour ce poste à temps plein est de 110 000 $à 140 000$ CAD .

La rémunération finale dépendra de l'expérience, des compétences et des qualifications liées au poste, et inclura les avantages sociaux ainsi que les primes conformément à la politique de l'entreprise.
