Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Waterloo, ON (3 days onsite)

Contract Duration: 09 months

Degree/Certifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field PMP, or equivalent project/program management
• 9+ years of project/program management experience
• Experience in insurance, claims, or financial services Background in vendor-led delivery environments Consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent) is an asset Experience with claims operations setup, transformation, or outsourcing models Exposure to assistance/case management operations and customer communication platforms (telephony, digital, chatbot) How will performance be measured:
• On-time delivery of integrated program milestones across all workstreams Vendor performance against scope, timelines, and deliverables Successful end-to-end implementation (discovery → go-live → stabilization) Operational readiness (systems, SOPs, training, support models) Quality and clarity of executive reporting and stakeholder updates Strength of stakeholder alignment and decision-making effectiveness Selling Points of Position (CVP):
• Opportunity to lead a high-impact, enterprise-level transformation program Ownership of end-to-end delivery across multiple business and technology streams Exposure to senior executive stakeholders (COO/GM level) Strategic and hands-on leadership role in a complex vendor-led environment Ability to shape operational models and customer experience outcomes Work with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and customer strategy

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily coordination of multiple workstreams (technology, operations, communications, vendor delivery) Manage and track integrated program delivery plan, milestones, and dependencies
• Act as primary interface with vendor (Xodus), ensuring accountability and performance
• Facilitate execution governance including status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and escalation management Drive cross-functional alignment across internal stakeholders and vendor teams
• Oversee operational readiness activities including SOP development, training, and go-live planning
• Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and decision materials
• Monitor program risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Support go/no-go readiness assessments and production launch execution

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

End-to-end program delivery management across multi-workstream initiatives

2.) Strong vendor management and experience working within vendor-led delivery models

NICE-TO-HAVE:

1.) Experience in insurance, claims, or financial services operations
