Responsibilities

- Keep our customers updated on their vehicle's progress and swiftly resolve any unexpected hurdles that may arise.

Requirements
- A genuine love for cars and a contagious enthusiasm that will leave our customers revved up.
- Exceptional communication skills that could make even the most stoic statue crack a smile.
- Ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Stellar problem-solving skills to navigate the twists and turns of automotive conundrums with grace.
- Impeccable organizational skills to keep our service lanes flowing seamlessly.
- Proficiency in computer skills to whip up estimates and enter service orders like a pro.
- A valid driver's license
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or extensive knowledge of automotive service and repairs preferred
