Site Superintendent – Single Family Residential Construction
- Oversaw day-to-day construction of single-family homes from excavation through to possession, ensuring builds were completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Coordinated and supervised trades, suppliers, and inspections to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets across multiple homes simultaneously
- Reviewed construction drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate execution and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with project managers and consultants
- Enforced health, safety, and building code compliance, maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to municipal requirements
- Conducted regular quality control inspections at key stages of construction, ensuring workmanship met company standards and homeowner expectations
- Managed homeowner interactions including site walkthroughs, deficiency inspections, and possession readiness to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintained daily logs, schedules, and progress updates to support clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders
