Manager Data Analytics Business Partner

Lead strategic data analytics from Westland Insurance Group’s Surrey Head Office in a hybrid Manager, Data & Analytics Business Partner role. Translate complex analysis into decisions.As a Manager, Data & Analytics Business Partner, you will partner with senior business leaders to deliver measurable business impact. The role requires data analytics, business intelligence, SQL, Python, or R experience. You will also work with modern platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leadership to embed data into decisionsDesign analytics supporting growth, retention, and efficiencyLead strategic initiatives and develop scalable prototypesPromote trusted data, tools, and self-service analyticsIdentify data, analytics, and AI/ML business opportunitiesRequirements:
At least seven years in data analytics or related disciplineRelevant degree in statistics, computer science, or related fieldExperience creating demonstrated business impact through analyticsExperience building trusted senior stakeholder partnershipsComfort with SQL, Python, R, or modern data platformsBring strategic analytics leadership, business partnership, and technical fluency to Westland Insurance Group’s hybrid Surrey team.
