Business Operations Manager Partner Incentives

Lead partner incentive operations remotely across Montreal Metro and Canada, applying Salesforce expertise and financial controls to accurate funding decisions.As Business Operations Manager, you will manage analysts and specialists supporting Partner Program incentives. Your work combines operational governance, KPI ownership, policy enforcement, and process improvement. You will strengthen funding accuracy, compliance, transparency, and stakeholder experience across global operations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop analysts and specialistsOversee follow-the-sun handovers and workload balancingOwn KPI, SLA, backlog, quality, and productivity performanceMaintain funding lifecycle controls and risk mitigationsLead process simplification, automation, and AI improvementsRequirements:
Five-plus years in partner, channel, or business operationsTwo-plus years managing peopleStrong Salesforce opportunity and partner data model skillsTableau or equivalent analytics and reporting proficiencyExperience writing and enforcing policyApply operational leadership, Salesforce knowledge, financial governance, and automation expertise to improve partner incentive delivery.
