- Support Sales & Marketing teams with risk evaluations
- Analyze medical and financial data for underwriting
- Collaborate with reinsurance providers for risk management
- Coach junior underwriters on processes and techniques
- Bilingual expertise in English and French
- At least four years in individual underwriting
- Proven experience in coaching or mentoring
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- University degree in life sciences, nursing, or kinesiology
