Finance Solution Architect at Aviva Canada

Elevate financial architecture with Aviva Canada as a Finance Solution Architect. This role emphasizes finance transformation and data optimization using Snowflake and AWS technologies.
As a Finance Solution Architect, you will lead the finance solution architecture for Aviva Canada’s multi-year Finance Transformation program. Your expertise in finance data architecture will be crucial for defining a target state that integrates sub-ledgers, GL, IFRS17 reporting, and analytics. Successful candidates will possess strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and will be tasked with ensuring all designs are effective and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own finance architecture for the Finance Transformation program
• Design end-to-end architecture across financial systems
• Define data flow architecture and integration patterns
• Establish frameworks for financial reporting controls
• Lead architecture input for vendor and platform assessments
Requirements:
• 8+ years in finance and data architecture
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance
• Experience with IFRS17 and reconciliation solutions
• Knowledge of data governance and quality
• Strong partner engagement and communication skills
