Summary

Reporting to the Senior Technical Product Manager, the Manager, Roaming (Product and Services) is responsible for the product ownership, development, launch, and lifecycle management of Bell's roaming services portfolio.

The role drives the evolution of roaming products, platforms, and capabilities to support Bell's consumer, business, wholesale, and IoT/M2M customers. Working closely with Product, Network, Technology, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Operations, and external carrier partners, the successful candidate will lead the delivery of new service capabilities, support strategic technology evolution initiatives, and enhance the overall roaming customer experience, operational effectiveness, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle management of Bell's roaming technology and service portfolio, from concept development and business case creation through launch and ongoing performance management.
• Define product requirements, service capabilities, and strategic roadmaps to support the evolution of Bell's roaming business and customer experience.
• Manage the launch, enhancement, and operational support of roaming and mobility services, including VoLTE Roaming, 5G Roaming, IoT/M2M connectivity, eSIM, Billing & Charging Evolution (BCE) capabilities, and future mobility solutions.
• Support the onboarding and expansion of roaming service capabilities with domestic and international carrier partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Network, Technology, Operations, and vendor teams to deliver new capabilities, platform enhancements, and service improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful implementation, operational readiness, and commercialization of new services and capabilities.
• Drive roaming fraud management, revenue protection, and risk mitigation initiatives in partnership with Revenue Assurance, Security, Network, and Wholesale teams.
• Monitor product performance, customer experience, operational KPIs, and business results to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and cost reduction.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with carrier partners, vendors, industry organizations, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning, investment prioritization, business case development, and long-term roadmap planning for Bell's roaming and mobility services portfolio.

Critical Qualifications

Education

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Experience in product management, telecommunications, wireless services, roaming, IoT/M2M, mobility services, or related technology-based environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Network, Operations, Finance, and external partners.
• Experience managing service launches, business transformation initiatives, or product lifecycle activities.
• Experience with roaming operations, charging, settlement, revenue assurance, or fraud management is an asset.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of mobility services, roaming ecosystems, and carrier partner relationships.
• Knowledge of roaming technologies and services including VoLTE, 5G, IoT/M2M, eSIM, and related mobility capabilities.
• Strong product management, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business objectives into product and service capabilities while balancing customer, operational, and financial considerations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific tools or technologies relevant to the company's products [Specify tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence, specific programming languages]. 
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis. 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
