- Préparer une évaluation des dépenses générales
- Déterminer les besoins d'encaisse et de liquidités
- Créer et soumettre des rapports d'estimation, des feuilles de devis et des formulaires de soumission
- Donner des conseils sur les procédures de soumission
- Analyser les soumissions et en recommander l'acceptation
- Mettre en place des procédures de contrôle et de rapports
- Surveiller et ajuster les dépenses du contrat
- Préparer et mettre à jour des répertoires de fournisseurs et d'entrepreneurs spécialisés
- Communiquer avec des ingénieurs, des architectes, des propriétaires, des entrepreneurs et des sous-traitants, assurer la liaison avec eux et les consulter sur les changements et les ajustements aux évaluations des coûts
- Préparer les devis et l'évaluation des coûts et du matériel de construction
