At Malone’s Taphouse, we’re passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We’re looking for a vibrant and outgoing Hostess/Food Expo to be the face of Malone’s Taphouse. If you love interacting with guests and thrive in a bustling atmosphere, this role is perfect for you! Position Overview: Sundays are a must! As a Hostess/Food Expo, you’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and supporting our servers as needed. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help ensure that every guest feels valued and enjoys their experience with us. Key Responsibilities: -Warm Welcomes: Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and a smile. -Seating Management: Efficiently manage reservations and waitlists to optimize guest flow. -Food Support: Assist in running food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring timely service. -Team Collaboration: Support servers by helping with orders and addressing guest needs. -Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about our menu offerings and daily specials to engage with guests. Qualifications: -Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. -A passion for craft beer and food, with a desire to share that passion with guests. -Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
