Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a dedicated part time Residential Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader and able to handle a fast paced challenging envirmonemt .
Expected Hours/week: 27-34
Duties:
- Perform day to day residential cleaning services
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Supervise, Train new employees, check and review trainees and all staff
-Communicate effectively with staff and clients when needed
- Maintain an organized and welcoming environment
Requirements:
- 2 years+ of residential cleaning experience
- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
- Have strong time management skills to meet and exceed timeframes required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to lead, guide, take and follow instructions without hesitation and under pressure
- Have a Drivers License, Cellphone and Reliable Vehicle
- Have a clean criminal record

Starting Wage: $19.50/hr which increases to $21.50 once you are sucessfully finished your training for this role. From there we increase wages with performance and time with the company.
