Lead product innovation from anywhere in Canada with Smile Digital Health. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll leverage your healthcare expertise to identify market opportunities and design impactful solutions. This remote role demands a deep understanding of healthcare needs and a start-up mentality. You will partner with cross-functional teams to assess market gaps and guide product development strategies effectively. Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to implement solutions that improve healthcare data management. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and design strategic product capabilities for healthcare barriers
- Collaborate with stakeholders for cohesive product strategy
- Guide prioritization and development backlogs with technical teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research
- Develop compelling product communication materials and conduct webinars
- 7+ years in Product Management or Health Informatics
- Proven experience in delivering software products in healthcare
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and collaboration skills
- Effective communicator with executive-level stakeholders
- Understanding of healthcare standards and APIs is a plus
