EUC Desktop Support Engineer at TCS

Your role will encompass installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of services to deliver exceptional support to end users. Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for end-user devices including desktops and laptops
Install and troubleshoot various operating systems and peripherals
Manage incident resolution and service requests effectively
Conduct testing and assessments for end-user devices
Set up video conferencing technologies and support familiarization training

Requirements:

Experience in desktop support for Windows and macOS environments
Proficiency in managing service request queues
Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Excellent communication skills for training users
