Business Development Representative at Doxim
Doxim
Drive growth as a Business Development Representative (BDR) with Doxim, working remotely across Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta. Engage with prospects and strengthen our sales pipeline. Doxim seeks a motivated BDR to identify new prospects and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams. This vital role includes initiating contact through various channels, developing a sales strategy, and establishing meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate will explore innovative prospecting tactics and contribute to an effective lead generation approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media
- Develop account strategy plans with Sales Executives
- Experiment with new prospecting tactics as a team
- Educate clients on our value proposition as a trusted advisor
- Identify and research potential clients for a strong sales pipeline
- Postsecondary degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years in business to business sales
- Proficient in Salesforce and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a remote environment
