The Quality Assurance & Training Lead position is responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with our agency family/professional van operators and overseeing service issues/complaints related to our household goods moving and storage services.
What you will do at Atlas Canada
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues and penalties related to the Government of Canada account, as well as private client and corporate accounts.
- Address service issues and manage client relations to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the Atlas quality initiatives program, monitor results and participate in the quality committee.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to monitor and improve service delivery.
- Guide agency members to ensure effective operational and quality service execution.
- Present training materials to agency family and customers on quality initiatives.
Employment Type & Hours
Full-time position with work hours between 830am and 500pm, Monday to Friday. Some travel required with this position.

What you will bring with your background
- Post secondary education in Logistics, Business or related field with 3 years minimum job-related experience.
- Experience in client relationship management and service quality assurance.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
