Retail Supervisor with Customer Focus

Become a Retail Supervisor at one of Canada's premier companies. Lead a diverse team, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage effective retail operations in a community-centered business. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote exceptional customer service within the team
- Plan and execute weekly departmental activities
- Train and encourage team members to meet goals
- Prepare employee schedules within budget constraints
- Oversee compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential
- Available to work shifts across various hours
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficient in computer applications
- Experience in retail execution is an asset
