Responsabilidades/Responsibilities/Responsabilités :
- Gestionar solicitudes de clientes relacionadas con productos eléctricos y electrónicos a través de llamadas, correos electrónicos y otros canales de comunicación.
- Responder consultas, brindar asesoría y ofrecer soluciones acordes con las necesidades de los clientes.
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento a cotizaciones, pedidos y fechas de entrega.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con proveedores para solicitar información, cotizaciones y disponibilidad de productos.
- Realizar seguimiento a solicitudes y requerimientos, garantizando una experiencia de servicio eficiente y oportuna.
- Participar en capacitaciones y actividades de actualización relacionadas con productos, procesos y herramientas de trabajo.
- Colaborar en proyectos e iniciativas del área comercial y administrativa según las necesidades de la operación.

- Respond to questions, provide guidance, and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers to obtain information, quotations, and product availability.
- Follow up on customer requests and requirements, ensuring efficient and timely service.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities related to products, processes, and work tools.
- Collaborate on commercial and administrative projects and initiatives as required by operational needs.

- Répondre aux questions, fournir des conseils et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
- Préparer et assurer le suivi des soumissions, commandes et dates de livraison.
- Maintenir une communication efficace avec les fournisseurs afin d’obtenir des informations, des soumissions et la disponibilité des produits.
- Effectuer le suivi des demandes et des besoins des clients en garantissant un service efficace et rapide.
- Participer aux formations et aux activités de mise à jour liées aux produits, aux processus et aux outils de travail.
- Collaborer à divers projets et initiatives des équipes commerciales et administratives selon les besoins de l’organisation.
Requisitos/Requirements/Exigences :
- Conocimientos en electricidad o electrónica.
- Facilidad en el uso de herramientas informáticas.
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente, ventas internas o cargos similares.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y gestionar múltiples tareas de manera organizada.
- Profesionalismo, proactividad y actitud positiva.
- Francés avanzado (idioma principal de trabajo – requisito indispensable).
- Buen nivel de inglés para comunicación profesional.
- Español fluido.

- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
- Professionalism, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
- Advanced French (primary working language – mandatory requirement).
- Good command of English for professional communication.
- Fluent Spanish.

- Professionnalisme, proactivité et attitude positive.
- Maîtrise avancée du français (langue principale de travail – exigence obligatoire).
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais pour les communications professionnelles.
- Espagnol courant.
