The Change Management Lead for the SAP Plus program is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end organizational change strategy to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the enterprise.
- Lead the development of integrated change, communications, and engagement, while driving change impact assessments to identify how roles, processes, policies, and behaviors will be affected.
- Partner closely with the client Change Management lead, Functional Leads, the Business Integration Lead, and program leadership to align on change priorities, manage stakeholder engagement, and address resistance. Oversee an onshore and offshore team to develop and execute communications and deliverables, ensure organizational readiness for key program milestones, and establish governance and tracking for change activities, including adoption metrics and risk management.
- This is an onsite role in Calgary, AB. Candidates must currently reside in the area of Calgary, AB or relocate at their own expense prior to start date.
