AI-Driven Automation Lead at DUCA

Shape the future of automation at DUCA as an AI-Driven Automation Lead. Define strategies for integration, testing, and automation frameworks that enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage your 7-10 years of hands-on experience to innovate and improve DUCA’s technology landscape. As an Automation Lead, your role is essential for collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and capitalize on automation opportunities using AI and advanced integration practices in a banking context. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of automation across integration and testing
- Design resilient automation solutions compliant with industry standards
- Collaborate with teams to align automation initiatives with tech roadmaps
- Serve as an expert on testing automation in web and mobile applications
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement in delivery
- 7-10 years of experience in automation and quality engineering
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams
- Proven track record in applying AI-enabled automation tools
- Hands-on experience in API technologies and integration patterns
- Relevant certifications are preferred but not required
