Join Roots in Toronto as an eCommerce Analytics Manager to transform data into strategic insights. This full-time onsite role is vital for driving growth and decision-making. As the eCommerce Analytics Manager, you'll leverage your expertise in digital analytics to partner with leadership teams at Roots. With a focus on traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition, you will provide insights that enhance performance across the digital landscape. This position demands a proactive analytical mindset, adept at interpreting data trends to guide effective strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Act as an analytics partner for eCommerce leadership
Deliver performance reporting, including dashboards and recaps
Define and evolve KPI framework for eCommerce
Build and maintain demand forecasts by channel and category
Conduct structured post-period reviews for continuous improvement

Requirements:

6+ years in eCommerce or digital analytics
Strong experience with Power BI and GA4
Ability to synthesize data into actionable narratives
Experience with hindsighting analysis
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
