Chef De Projet Restauration Senior
Firstonsite Restoration
Dirigez des projets de restauration de l’estimation à la réalisation chez First Onsite, en mobilisant vos compétences en gestion budgétaire et coordination. Travaillez avec équipes, sous-traitants, propriétaires et assureurs pour obtenir des résultats précis et rentables.Comme chargé de projet II, vous prenez en charge plusieurs projets de restauration et reconstruction, du lancement à la réalisation. Vous évaluez les pertes, préparez des devis détaillés et maintenez les échéanciers. Vous encadrez aussi les chefs de projet et superviseurs juniors, tout en respectant les exigences de sécurité et de qualité.Responsabilités clés :
