You are the ideal person for this position if you recognize yourself in the following:

You have the necessary training to perform the role: you have a DES and/or a DEP in administration, as well as 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of the maple syrup industry is an important asset.

You have the essential technical knowledge, if you master the Office suite, you have impeccable spoken and written French, functional English, and you are comfortable with computer tools, including an ERP (SYSPRO being an asset).

You demonstrate: excellent interpersonal skills, great listening skills and effective communication. You are rigorous, organized, structured and autonomous. You manage priorities well, you have good time management, you work in a team and you have a good physical capacity.

You will provide positive leadership by maintaining a satisfying relationship with representatives and customers, while providing ongoing support to your team.

You will evolve in a context where the level of supervision will take the form of advice and support.

You will communicate regularly with internal teams, including administrative operations, customer service, sales and technical service, as well as with external customers.

You will be required to exercise at a normal level in a work environment located in a store and remain attentive to a light sensory level.

You will be working in an environment where the stress level will be moderate.

You will use various tools and equipment, such as a computer, a calculator and the Syspro system.
