AI Adoption Manager at SOCi

Step into the world of AI marketing with SOCi as an AI Adoption Manager. Drive the transition of customer workflows to AI-driven solutions, enhancing their operational efficiency and outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of SOCi's transformation towards an AI-first model. You will collaborate across teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to ensure clients adopt SOCi’s capabilities effectively. Your leadership in facilitating engagement sessions and developing playbooks will empower customers in leveraging AI solutions to bolster their marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Lead transition from manual to AI-powered workflows
Accelerate customer time-to-value for sustained success
Create and deliver workshops and value realization reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for adoption solutions
Develop best-practice playbooks for effective AI use

Requirements:

4–6+ years in Customer Success or SaaS roles
Proven experience with B2B SaaS customers
Strong communication and customer enablement skills
Experience in leading structured workshops
Familiarity with AI solutions in SaaS contexts
