A career as a Senior Artificial Intelligence scientist on the AI Factory team at National Bank means playing a key role in evaluating, optimising and monitoring the performance of AI models, including generative AI models. This position allows you to have a direct impact on the robustness and relevance of solutions thanks to your expertise in fine-tuning, prompt engineering and model monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assess the performance of AI models using advanced metrics and specialised tools.
• Fine-tune and optimise models to meet banking use cases.
• Design and improve prompts for generative AI models.
• Implement monitoring systems to ensure the quality and stability of models in production.
• Collaborate with teams of analysts and developers to effectively integrate models into technology solutions.
• Participate in technology monitoring and disseminate AI best practices within the organization.

Your team

At AI Factory, you will be part of a team of more than 25 specialists who work agile, proactively and collaboratively to develop innovative artificial intelligence solutions. You will report to the Senior Manager and collaborate with colleagues with a wide range of expertise in a spirit of innovation and sharing.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, artificial intelligence or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or AI model development.
• Proficiency in Python and artificial intelligence libraries.
• Experience with cloud environments and automation tools such as Terraform.
• Knowledge of the AWS stack and model assessment tools, an asset.
