Job Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with both individual and business clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies
- Translate technical information into plain English for clients unfamiliar with tech jargon
- Drive sales targets for retail and B2B segments through Lead Generation via Email, Social-Media, Calls, Etc.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Perform product demonstrations and effectively showcase unique features
Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or sales, preferably in technology or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about technology and gadgets
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Bonus Points For: - Prior B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of computer components, gaming systems, or other related tech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
