Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with both individual and business clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies
Translate technical information into plain English for clients unfamiliar with tech jargon
Drive sales targets for retail and B2B segments through Lead Generation via Email, Social-Media, Calls, Etc.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
Perform product demonstrations and effectively showcase unique features
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or sales, preferably in technology or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about technology and gadgets
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Bonus Points For:
Prior B2B sales experience
Knowledge of computer components, gaming systems, or other related tech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
