Position:  Senior Financial Processing Analyst
Location: Oshawa, ON (Onsite)
Structure : Contract 17 months to start
Pay:  $70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. + HST

Deliverables

• Provide system enhancement, operational support, and financial analysis across enterprise finance and supply chain applications, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and system performance.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned financial systems, supporting development, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and support projects, process improvements, and business system enhancements, including preparation of test scripts, training materials, and implementation support.
• Develop financial and management reports, conduct transactional and cost analysis, and provide recommendations to management to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Experience Required

• 6–8 years of experience in finance systems support, financial analysis, accounting operations, or business systems within a large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, supply chain, and business process principles, including operational reporting, cost analysis, billing, and contract administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial systems such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, Contract Management, or Business Warehouse environments.
• Proven experience in system enhancement projects, process optimization, testing coordination, and stakeholder support within project or consultative roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or related discipline, with strong analytical, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
