Deliverables
- Provide system enhancement, operational support, and financial analysis across enterprise finance and supply chain applications, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and system performance.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned financial systems, supporting development, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and support projects, process improvements, and business system enhancements, including preparation of test scripts, training materials, and implementation support.
- Develop financial and management reports, conduct transactional and cost analysis, and provide recommendations to management to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Experience Required
- 6–8 years of experience in finance systems support, financial analysis, accounting operations, or business systems within a large corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, supply chain, and business process principles, including operational reporting, cost analysis, billing, and contract administration.
- Experience supporting enterprise financial systems such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, Contract Management, or Business Warehouse environments.
- Proven experience in system enhancement projects, process optimization, testing coordination, and stakeholder support within project or consultative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or related discipline, with strong analytical, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
