Champion AI innovation in customer service as Director of AI-Driven Customer Experience at MealSuite. This hybrid/remote role focuses on strategic implementation of AI to enhance operational efficiency. In this high-impact position, you will bridge the gap between AI technology and customer experience strategy. With at least 7 years in customer experience or operational roles, your expertise will drive meaningful change across CX teams, fostering improved collaboration and enhanced service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI initiatives across all customer experience teams
- Facilitate cross-functional program leadership and alignment
- Implement AI adoption frameworks for all CX teams
- Track and report on the effectiveness of AI programs
- Create structured operating rhythms for the CX leadership
- 7+ years in CX or program management roles
- Proven experience with AI tools or strategies
- Background in complex B2B SaaS integrations
- Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Zendesk
