Remote Gestionnaire RP & Influence / PR & Infuencer Manager

NAOS North America is seeking a PR and Influencer Manager based in Canada (Toronto or Montréal) .
YOUR MISSION
As PR and Influencer Manager , you will lead the strategy and execution of public relations, influencer marketing, and social media initiatives for the brands. You will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, credibility, and engagement across key media, creator, and consumer touchpoints.
You will also supervise the Social Media Specialist, who is responsible for building and executing our organic social media strategy across platforms. Together, you will ensure our brand voice is consistently expressed, our communities are engaged, and our content is both creative and performance-driven.
MAIN TASKS
Influencer Marketing:
- Develop the brands Influencer go-to-market strategy across key social platforms.
- Develop and manage execution of influencer outreach campaigns, aligning them with the overarching brand plan and global guidelines from Campus.
- Profile, curate and grow Influencer and creator portfolio to drive brand recognition, consumer engagement and retention.
- Conceptualize, pitch, negotiate, and secure usage content rights for all influencer partnerships.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Identify new creator opportunities across emerging platforms and lead creative ideation, unlocking new content opportunities for the brand
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of multimedia content like videos and infographics for influencer.
Public Relations:
- Develop and implement annual PR strategy for the brands to drive positive brand image and enhance medical roots of the brand.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expose Bioderma brand to new audiences, partnering with key beauty, lifestyle and medical publications, content creators, brand ambassadors through product seeding, digital campaigns, experiential brand events, and activations.
- Craft compelling press releases, pitches, and other PR materials.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests and build relationships with key media contacts.
Social Media Management:
- Team Leadership & Strategy:
- Manage and mentor the Social Media Specialist to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging, and strategic priorities across all social platforms.
- Oversee the execution of our organic social media strategy, ensuring content is engaging, community-driven, and results-oriented.
- Content & Community: Support content planning, ideation, and storytelling across social channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media platforms, newsletters, and brand site. Ensure regular monitoring of platforms to identify opportunities, respond to trends, and strengthen community engagement.
- Performance & Optimization: Guide the Social Media Specialist in analyzing performance metrics and generating actionable insights to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
Operations:
- Manage campaign and talent budgets and logistics for all Influencer and PR initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that connect PR, influencer, and social strategies
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of multimedia content like videos and infographics for PR & Influencer campaigns.
- Prepare, distribute, and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, post-campaign and evergreen performance reports, and the latest influencer relations & PR performance reports that provide ROI and key metrics.
- Proactively deliver industry insights, trends and case studies to internal cross-functional teams and senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with in-house influencer programming, public relations, partnerships and campaigns;
- Strong relationship building history with demonstrated success in securing effective influencers for evergreen efforts, national campaigns and brand events.
- Deep media relationships in the beauty / lifestyle space
- Proven ability to successfully manage individual partnerships and campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Strong understanding of native social media platforms (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,YouTube, Pinterest), influencer management and PR tools.
