- Identify and convert UHNW prospects into long-term clients
- Serve as the trusted advisor for personalized financial guidance
- Understand client financial landscapes and anticipate needs
- Cultivate multi-generational relationships for loyalty and growth
- Coordinate specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions
- 15+ years in private banking or wealth management
- Proven track record in relationship-led sales
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to communicate complex strategies clearly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
