Domaine CRM Lead Specialist Remote

Elevate your CRM expertise as a CRM Lead Specialist at Domaine, the largest independent Shopify design partner. This fully remote role will drive Klaviyo-focused lifecycle marketing strategies. Domaine seeks a CRM Lead Specialist to oversee production quality across clients and lead a dynamic team of 3–4 Specialists. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on Klaviyo experience, excelling in both creative and technical executions. You will ensure high standards in QA, oversee workflows, and enhance team skills and utilization in this pivotal role. Key Responsibilities:

Own production oversight across all CRM client projects
Manage and mentor 3–4 Specialists daily
Set execution standards and maintain QA consistency
Drive innovation in CRM practices and tooling
Maintain Klaviyo product fluency and train team members

Requirements:

Hands-on expertise in Klaviyo CRM execution
Proven track record in QA for complex builds
Experience managing or mentoring specialists
Familiarity with AI tools in CRM workflows
Strong organizational and communication skills
