Traffic Control Laborer at Professional Excavators

Ensure public safety as a Traffic Control Laborer with Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. This role involves setting up and maintaining traffic control devices at construction sites. As a Lane Technician at Professional Excavators, you will assist in managing lane closures and worksite barriers. You will maintain traffic control devices, follow established plans to direct traffic safely, and communicate site issues effectively. The role requires outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining vigor and focus. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and dismantle lane closures and traffic barriers
• Maintain and inspect traffic control devices for safety compliance
• Follow traffic control plans for vehicle and pedestrian safety
• Communicate hazards and issues to crew and supervisors
• Perform general labor tasks related to site safety

Requirements:

• Experience in traffic control or construction labor is preferred
• Ability to work around traffic and heavy equipment
• Strong physical stamina for manual labor tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is a plus
