Job Title : Senior Technician
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the control panel shop.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer requirements and project deadlines.
- Understand wiring backgrounds
- Setup trip units
- Knowledge about assembling and disassembling breakers
- Assign work to technicians and monitor project progress.
- Review electrical drawings, schematics, bills of materials, and panel layouts.
- Provide technical guidance and support to shop technicians.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate material requirements, inventory levels, and purchasing needs.
- Identify production issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Conduct inspections and support testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Train, coach, and evaluate shop employees.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, purchasing, and project management teams.
- Maintain accurate production records, job documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure the shop remains organized, clean, and properly maintained.
