Senior Financial Performance Advisor

Shape financial performance through income and expense accounting, budget forecasting, and strategic initiatives at Desjardins. French is required for this senior advisory role.
As a senior financial performance and budget advisor, you analyze and monitor strategies related to income and expense accounting. You structure financial results, produce budget forecasts, invest in pension plans, and improve financial performance. You also lead complex development projects and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients and partners on strategic initiatives
- Develop policies, standards, models, and programs
- Analyze major issues and recommend solutions
- Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins in external agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Strategic mindset and effective communication
- Interpersonal savvy and comfort with ambiguity
