Shift Auto Group is looking for a Junior Acquisition Administrator to join our growing team!

At Shift Auto Group, we have experienced RAPID growth over the last several years and are now offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Acquisition Administrator! We are looking for someone to join our Used Vehicle Department. This position offers a great opportunity for anyone looking to grow within the automotive industry! Maybe you love cars, but you are not sure how you want to channel that passion this is a great opportunity.
In this role you would primarily be responsible for :
- Photographing and Videoing Used Vehicles for our web listings
- Editing and Uploading photos/videos to our website
- Website Content Management
- Writing website descriptions for each vehicle
- Assisting in the flow of the reconditioning process
- Quality control for all vehicles completed in the reconditioning process
- Coordinating transportation for units (Trucking company) that are purchased from out of province.
- Assisting in the flow of the reconditioning process, remaining aligned with the other departments that contribute to this process for the most productivity.
- Quality control for all vehicles completed in the reconditioning process.
- Sourcing vehicles through Auction/Dealers to fill predetermined stocking targets.
- Assessing values for trade-in at the store levels and private purchases.
Competencies:
- General tech/computer basic knowledge. Picture/video editing experience is a bonus but not necessary
- Knowledge of vehicles/vehicle options and equipment
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Attention-to-detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving capabilities
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
