• Provide leadership and oversight to analytics team
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and insights
• Develop dashboards and operational scorecards
• Partner with IT to enhance reporting platforms
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience
• Robust skills in data visualization and reporting tools
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience
