Robert Half is partnering with an excellent organization that's looking to add an Accounting Clerk to their Finance team. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare, update, and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets
- Enter financial data and reconcile discrepancies across accounts
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure timely payment collection
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial, payroll, and administrative documentation
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries professionally
- Draft and prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents
- Provide support during month-end and year-end accounting close processes
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed
- Safeguard confidential financial information while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative and/or accounting support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced capability in Excel
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, including Sage50, Yardi, or comparable systems, is an asset
- Well-developed organizational and time management abilities
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English is required
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
