We’re seeking a Marketing and Content Specialist who thrives on innovation and is passionate about storytelling in the luxury real estate sector. Success in this role requires at least three years of marketing or social media experience, together with strong skills in video editing, photography, and brand development. You’ll collaborate with agents, conceptualize engaging campaigns, and maintain a sophisticated aesthetic that resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, film, and edit original content for properties
- Support property marketing and community events
- Manage and update website content via Squarespace
- Execute engaging email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp
- Analyze social media performance to drive engagement
- 3+ years in marketing, digital content, or social media
- Experience in luxury or highly visual consumer brands
- Proficient in video editing and social media tools
- Strong visual composition and storytelling skills
- Initiative and creativity to take ownership of projects
