In this full-time administrator role, you will lead a dynamic team in executing software projects that advance the college's digital strategy. By bridging technology and education, your guidance will ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and user-friendly software solutions. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in integrating advanced AI tools while mentoring fellow developers in a collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle
• Define development best practices and maintain code quality
• Oversee system changes and ensure integration performance
• Drive innovation through proof-of-concept and rapid testing
• Evaluate and implement AI capabilities into existing systems
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on software experience
• Proven track record of leading development teams
• Strong handle on cloud platforms and software practices
• Significant communication skills in technical environments
