Financial Analyst

Company is looking for a financial analyst to join our team. The financial
analyst will be responsible for financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
As a fast -paced, growing company serving customers in USA and Canada, we will
be looking for a candidate that will help us achieve our goals in sales growth.
Must have experience with Quickbooks. <\/span>

Requirements <\/h3>

Do you have the
skills and experience to help us achieve our sales goals? We need someone with
an MBA degree and 5+ years of financial forecasting, analysis, or reporting experience.
You also must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and have excellent
communication skills. <\/span>

Responsibilities
include: <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Financial forecasting & QuickBooks <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Analyzing financial statements
for trends, variances, and forecast errors <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Generating financial reports
and analysis to assist the company in decision -making processes <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Perform month -end close
activities in ERP/CRM system <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist in monthly/quarterly
audit activities <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with senior
management and various departments to identify trends, opportunities, and
concerns <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist in preparation of annual
budgets and forecasts <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify and respond to risks
that may impact departmental or company earnings, budgets, and forecasts <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Prepare presentations for
senior management on the financial status of the company as needed <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Research external factors that
might impact business results and formulate strategies to mitigate negative
impacts <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain knowledge of current
industry trends and provide information to management as appropriate <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain job knowledge by
attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications,
establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Contribute to team effort by
accomplishing related tasks as needed <\/span>
<\/p>
