VP Finance Leadership Role Americas

Elevate your finance career as Vice President of Finance for the Americas region. This strategic role demands strong leadership to drive performance and enhance compliance while managing financial operations. As the Vice President Finance, you will oversee critical finance functions including accounting, budgeting, and treasury across the Americas. Collaborating with executive teams, this position supports growth initiatives, ensures compliance with regulations, and drives financial planning and analysis. Your leadership is vital for fostering a high-performing finance team while achieving organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations for the Americas region
- Ensure COGS accuracy and margin analysis
- Prepare financial reports per IFRS and Group standards
- Manage compliance with local and international regulations
- Drive ERP system integration and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACA/ACCA required
- 15+ years in finance; 6+ years in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and compliance regulations
- Experience with distribution or logistics finance
- Proficient in SAP for finance operations
