Cloud Marketplace Partner Success Manager

Tackle, an AppDirect subsidiary, seeks a Partner Success Manager with three or more years in customer success, partner management, or GTM strategy. You will guide customers through Tackle’s Operating Model, strengthen cloud partnerships, and deliver measurable operational outcomes. The work combines marketplace knowledge, co-sell practices, data analysis, and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable co-sell and marketplace practices across three major Cloud Providers
- Guide organizations through Tackle’s Operating Model
- Build long-term customer relationships and GTM partnerships
- Measure success using data-driven insights and KPIs
- Improve workflows, scalability, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Three or more years in customer success, partner management, or GTM strategy
- Strong understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces
- Experience optimizing workflows and implementing structured operating models
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Use cloud marketplace expertise, co-sell strategy, and operational discipline to advance customer outcomes as Tackle’s Partner Success Manager.
