- Conduire des machines pour transformer et embouteiller, mettre en conserve ou empaqueter, selon des procédés divers, les boissons alcooliques ou non alcooliques
- Enregistrer des renseignements sur la production
- Surveiller les indicateurs, les relevés d'ordinateur et les écrans de contrôle pour vérifier les conditions de transformation prescrites
- Nettoyer les machines et les aires de travail
- Informer le surveillant des problèmes mécaniques ou des défauts dans le produit
- Faire des réglages pour modifier des variables
- Tenir le registre de production et autres données pertinentes
- Régler et ajuster les machines de transformation et d'empaquetage
- Vérifier les produits pour déceler les défauts et assurer la conformité aux normes de la compagnie
