Your vast knowledge of IFRS and financial controls is essential for navigating complex financial landscapes and driving efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting initiatives to improve processes
- Investigate complex financial issues raised by stakeholders
- Coordinate process improvements with business partners
- Optimize system use for reporting accuracy
- Maintain a robust internal control environment
- CPA designation is mandatory
- 10+ years in accounting and finance, with IFRS expertise
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing large teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French is required
