Au sein de l’organisation financière des clients, l’analyste du cycle de vie des contrats gère les enregistrements des actifs d’un territoire ou d’un groupe de clients pendant le cycle de vie du contrat et/ou des événements de service de temps et de matériel afin d’assurer une comptabilisation maximale des produits et la satisfaction des clients.
La numérisation transforme de plus en plus la manière dont nos contrats de clients sont administrés avec l’automatisation robotisée des processus (ARP) qui rationalise les opérations, interprète les applications pour traiter les transactions, manipule les données, déclenche des réponses et communique avec d’autres systèmes.

Votre Rôle
- Gérer la relation de la commande à la facture avec les clients externes pour les ventes, les contrats de service et les événements de services de temps et de matériel.
- Gérer les processus d’ARP afin de cerner les lacunes et les inefficacités de la solution d’ARP; appliquer des techniques structurées de résolution de problèmes afin de trouver des solutions et des améliorations aux processus.
- Contrôler le rendement, en faire le suivi et rendre compte de celui-ci en vue d’une amélioration continue. Analyser les données et formuler des conclusions dans des tableaux de bord PowerBI.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de la qualité pour cerner les tendances négatives et les problèmes systémiques afin d’assurer une analyse précise des causes fondamentales.
- Mener et soutenir la recherche de problèmes en utilisant les processus de mesures correctives et de mesures préventives ainsi que les outils et méthodologies des causes fondamentales et mesures correctives.
- Diriger des projets d’amélioration au sein de l’organisation.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre d’améliorations des processus et des projets ainsi qu’à la formation et à la communication qui y sont liés.
- Rédiger des documents d’exigences opérationnelles détaillés.
- Exécuter des démonstrations de faisabilité et des démonstrations de valeur.
- Établir et appliquer des solutions techniques innovantes pour effectuer des mises à jour de masse des contrats, des contrats de service, des données de vente, etc.
- Établir des relations avec les clients internes tels que les représentants commerciaux, les gestionnaires régionaux des services, l’équipe de contrôle de la performance, et les directeurs des services et des ventes afin de gérer efficacement le territoire assigné. Les interactions se feront avec des collègues à l’échelle nationale et internationale.
- Collaborer avec le service de recouvrement, le cas échéant, pour faciliter le paiement des factures contestées par les clients.
- Développer une solide compréhension de l’environnement informatique et une capacité à comprendre/traduire l’infrastructure informatique.
- Comprendre les règles des normes internationales d’information financière et faire des recherches sur les activités de comptabilisation afin de déterminer les mesures à prendre pour résoudre les écarts.
- Assurer l’exactitude des documents comptables.
Votre Expertise
- Expérience en matière de numérisation, d’amélioration des processus d’entreprise ou de fonctions similaires
- Compétences analytiques avérées, capacité à appliquer des techniques de résolution de problèmes et à faire preuve de créativité et d’esprit critique pour favoriser l’amélioration continue
- Compréhension avérée des principes de base de la comptabilité et de la finance
- Capacité avérée à travailler avec des outils d’analyse commerciale, à élaborer des tableaux de bord de base, à effectuer des analyses de données et à recommander des solutions
- Capacité à évaluer et à soutenir la mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils
- Capacité avérée à gérer des projets/tâches afin d’assurer une livraison dans les délais et des résultats de haute qualité
Exigences
- Bilinguisme parfait (français et anglais)
- Baccalauréat ès sciences/arts en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe de préférence
- De 3 à 5 années d’expérience en administration de contrats ou dans un poste similaire
- Très bonne connaissance des outils MS Office (Excel exigé; Power Apps, une préférence)
- Solides habiletés interpersonnelles
- Appropriation et responsabilisation éprouvées
- Capacité de travailler avec des personnes de tous les niveaux hiérarchiques de l’entreprise

Residing in the Customer Finance Organization, the Lifecycle Contract Analyst manages a territory or group of customers’ asset records for the lifecycle of the contract and/or T&M service events to ensure maximum revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.
Digitalization is increasingly transforming the way our customer contracts are administered, with robotic process automation (RPA) streamlining operations, interpreting applications for processing transactions, manipulating data, triggering responses, and communicating with other systems.

Your Role
- Own the order-to-invoice relationship with external customers for sales, service contract and T&M events
- Manage the RPA processes to identify gaps/inefficiencies in the RPA solution; apply structured problem-solving techniques to drive process solutions and improvements
- Monitor, track, and report performance for continuous improvement. Analyze data and formulate findings in PowerBI dashboards
- Partner with Quality team to identify adverse trends and systemic issues to ensure accurate root-cause analysis
- Conduct and support problem research using CAPA processes and RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) tools and methodologies
- Lead improvement projects within the organization
- Participate in roll-out, training and communication of process improvements and projects
- Write detailed business requirements documents
- Execute Proof of Concept (PoCs) and Proof of Value (POVs)
- Identify and apply innovative technical solutions to perform mass updates of contracts, service agreements, sales data, etc.
- Build relationships with internal customers such as Sales Reps, Regional Service Managers; Performance Controlling; Service and Sales Executives to effectively manage assigned territory. Interactions will be with both country and global colleagues
- Collaborate with Collections department as needed to facilitate payment from customers for disputed invoices
- Develop solid understanding of IT landscape and ability to comprehend/translate IT infrastructure
- Understand IFRS rules and research booking activity to determine appropriate action to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy of books and records
Your Expertise
- Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
- Proven ability to work with business analytics tools and build basic dashboards, conduct data analysis and recommend solutions
- Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools
- Proven ability to manage projects/tasks to ensure timely delivery with high quality results
The Requirements
- Fluently bilingual in both French and English
- BS/BA in business or related fields preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in working in a contract administration or similar role
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; power apps preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
