Principales responsabilités
- Implantation et configuration de l'application MS Dynamics CRM en conformité avec la documentation d'analyse
- Réalisation des modifications dans l'application, suivi de la gestion des changements et assistance dans la transformation des besoins d'affaires
- Configuration de flux de travail (workflows), programmation, création de rapports et documentation
- Assistance dans l'analyse des besoins et proposition de solutions d'affaires complexes
- Assistance lors des migrations de données, des intégrations et des interfaces avec les systèmes en place
- Réalisation des tests, support lors de la mise en production et support post-implantation
- Transfert de connaissances et mise à jour de la documentation
Profil recherché :
Expérience demandée :
- Avoir travaillé dans au moins un (1) projet d'envergure (4000 jours-personnes) en mode Agile
Technologies utilisées :
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience avec Fetch XML, Web API / OData Dataverse et des connaissances sur les performances des requêtes
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience de l'utilisation du Dataverse SDK (Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk) pour le développement d'applications
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience avec la création d'activités de flux de travail personnalisés
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience avec TypeScript
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience de travail avec Power Platform, notamment sur les modules Power Apps, Power Automate et Dataverse
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience de travail dans MS Dynamics 365, avec le module Customer Engagement ou le module Finance
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience de travail avec l'approche Model Driven
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience de travail avec l'approche Canvas App
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience de travail avec Azure Service Bus
- Minimum de cinq (5) années en développement de plugins C# / .NET avec le Plugin Registration Tool (DEBUG, Profiling)
- Minimum de trois (3) années d'expérience de travail avec ALM avec Power Platform CLI
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience avec Gitlab, Git
